Helical

Inspired by DNA and creating a space for change, An Anti-Hectical Helical is our debut sculptural installation piece.

Designed to create a serene, immersive space, the Helical features generative visuals using gently moving light and pattern to highlight the structure of the helix.

As a digital replicant of an organic structure, Helical is thought inspiring, and audiences are invited to walk or lie beneath it in reflection and relaxation. Helical in its element suspended within a woodland canopy, acting as a mesmerising and peaceful gathering point and beacon within a festival site.

We debuted Helical at Noisily Festival in the heart of the festival, in a cosy clearing just off the track through the woods, we installed the Helical hanging between two trees, with logs placed around as seating. We saw countless wanderers stop by to enjoy a moment of stillness before venturing back out into the chaos of the festival. A big thanks to Noisily who supported us in the creation of this piece.
